During our 8th week on tour, we were in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The weather warmed up quite nicely and we found ourselves with warm sunny days for the first few days while scouting locations and photographing for our client. We enjoyed venturing into downtown Coeur d'Alene which is full of nice little shops & restaurants. We eventually made our way down to the waterfront of Lake Coeur d'Alene to discover McEuen Park and Tubbs Hill which not only was a fun walk through the trails of Tubbs Hill but also proved to be an excellent location for our photo session the next day.
After a pair of days scouting locations and photographing, we took a day off to celebrate Jessica's birthday and attempted to go ziplining. The zipline course featured 7 ziplines and an amazing walking bridge with an exceptional view. We arrived at the zipline site and zoomed up the hill in a UTV to the top of the course... As luck would have it, as soon as Jessica was sent zipping down the first line and I was fully hooked up and ready to go, a voice over the walkie-talkie to our guide called the end to our trip due to lightning and an incoming storm. Myself and half of our group hopped into an arriving UTV and headed off to the company's treehouse for shelter. Jessica and our other guide plus three others from our group were stuck on the first platform until having to repel down. After participating in the zipline company's emergency exit drill, we were reunited in the tree house until the final van arrived to escort us home. Unfortunately, with a long road ahead of us the very next day we were unable to reschedule and enjoyed dinner and drinks while catching the Lightning game at the Unchained Pedal Powered Pub.

During our Fashion Photography Session, we took a short walk along the trails of Tubbs Hill to capture our client with a stunning view of the Lake in the background while posing her on multiple locations. We loved working at this location with all the rocks and such amazing views of the evening sunset and scenery. Our client for the day was Augusta Norman and we enjoyed working with her and her courage to jump to any rock we thought would make for a great shot.
As we continue our U.S. Tour we are still booking where limited spots are available, if you are interested in booking with Jessica McKnight on the Tour (or a future tour) please use our contact form from our Tour Page.
