Sunset at the Sandpearl

This family was just so much fun! The weather couldn't have been more perfect as we had lots of laughs along the beach at the beautiful Sandpearl Resort on Clearwater Beach. Like many families, the idea of a Florida vacation invokes a special excitement and enthusiasm for beach days on the Gulf of Mexico. This family had been planning for months to visit Clearwater, and at the the last minute, mom called me to schedule a photo session with her children. 

When I arrived, we explored the perfectly manicured landscapes of resort, stopping by the sea grapes and hibiscus plants to capture the kids just having fun. One of my favorite things about the Sandpearl is the oasis they have created poolside, just steps from the sand and the surf. Once we moved to the beach, the children were so well behaved, they listened to my requests and were such a pleasure to work with. 

We happened to have superb weather, with gentle breezes and a glorious sunset. The most amazing natural light emerged about 20 minutes prior to sundown. Mom popped in for some of the beach shots too. The threesome did beautifully, and I couldn't have been happier with the results from our session. It's very fulfilling for me to help families and friends capture the magic of their vacation. They often fly by so quickly, it's nice to have stunning photos to share and help the priceless memories last for years to come!
